What is so special about yoga?

Yoga is translated to mean union, and refers to unity among the entire person and within a greater context of the universe.  In practice, there are many types of yoga which build on alignment of the body, mind and heart as one.  Some understand yoga as simple stretching with complex, gymnastic-like movements.  While that can a part of your goals, we belief everyone and every body type can embrace yoga and build support for overall wellness with safe, self-directed movement, mindfulness and meaning.  All are welcome, and we can start a journey together with absolutely no prior experience required.  Got questions?  Ask away!
